KEY PERSONNEL
As Chief Executive Officer and Managing Principal, Nancy Wright Whatley has over 28 years in staffing. Her many career highlights includes establishing one of the original Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) strategies in 1999 and continues to remain in place today. Native to Atlanta, she has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Georgia.
As founding team member, Tenera McPherson brings over 15 years of experience in recruiting and training. Her ability to understand the needs of her clients and candidates is invaluable. Tenera is a graduate of Longwood College where she majored in Sociology and is a native of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
