Adaptable Workforce Solutions
Temporary Staffing - VantagePoint employees are assigned to support or supplement your workforce in situations involving employee absences, temporary skill shortages, seasonal workloads, and special projects.
Temporary-to-Hire - A VantagePoint employee will work for you during a trial period in which both you and the employee can consider establishing a "permanent" employment relationship.
Direct Hire - VantagePoint identifies qualified candidates who meet your requirements for the purpose of establishing a "permanent" employment relationship.
Vendor-on-Premise - VantagePoint offers on-site management and coordination of your staffing function—providing the experience and insight of Fortune 100 employment and HR experts.
Managed Services - VantagePoint assumes full responsibility for operating a specific function within your organization (e.g., mail room) on an on-going basis.
Payrolling Services - You have the ability to recruit and identify the candidate but VantagePoint is responsible for hiring and assigning them to perform services. Or employees currently employed by your organization are placed on VantagePoint's payroll. Payrolling is distinguished from PEO arrangements in that the workers generally are on temporary assignments and make up a small proportion of the customer's work force.
